To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your equipment, we strongly recommend replacing the boom filter after 250 hours of operation or every 6 months—whichever comes first. Regular replacement helps maintain hydraulic system integrity, reduces wear on components, and minimizes unexpected downtime.
If you own a larger Alliance Concrete Pump with boom lengths from 38 meters (5-section models) up to 65 meters, a different boom filter is required. You can find the correct filter for those models here.
In addition to the boom filter, we offer the Alliance Suction Filter, which is essential for protecting the pump’s hydraulic system from large debris and contaminants at the intake point. This Suction Filter is compatible with all Alliance Concrete Pumps and can be found here.

- The Alliance Return Filter for pumps with boom lengths of 20 meters to 28 meters (new style – 2018 and newer) is available here. This filter is also compatible with the JMP-60 and JMP-90 models.
- The Alliance Return Filter designed for larger pumps with boom lengths from 32 meters to 65 meters can be found here. It is also suitable for use with the JM-2100HP and JFS-12H models.
