To maintain peak performance and protect your hydraulic system from wear and tear, we recommend replacing the boom filter every 250 hours of use or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Regular maintenance minimizes the risk of equipment failure, reduces downtime, and ensures reliable operation on the job site.
If your concrete pump has a boom length between 20 meters and 38 meters (4-section models), a different boom filter is required. You can find the appropriate filter for those models here.
We also offer essential filters for other hydraulic components of your pump:
- The Alliance Suction Filter protects the hydraulic system by capturing large particles before they reach critical components. This filter is compatible with all Alliance Concrete Pumps and is available here.
- The Alliance Return Filter for pumps with boom lengths of 20 meters to 28 meters (new style – 2018 and newer) can be found here. This model also fits JMP-60 and JMP-90 concrete pumps.
- The Alliance Return Filter for larger models with boom lengths from 32 meters to 65 meters is available here. It is also compatible with the JM-2100HP and JFS-12H models.
Using genuine Alliance filters helps ensure the reliability and safety of your concrete pump while supporting long-term operational efficiency. Regular filter replacement is a small investment that goes a long way in protecting your equipment and maximizing uptime.
